Carrot cake filled with orange buttercream and covered with black and white sugar icing. Decorations include tissue paper made from sugar peeking out from under a quilted look lid. Handmade sugar bow and ribon on top of cake. Shoe is also handmade from modelling sugar paste. Finished with name tag and birthday age and message on the cake board.
