Bottom tier covered in light blue fondant icing; decorated with a quilted design, finished with silver sugar dragee’s & name plaque on the front . Top tier decorated with blue and white striped fondant icing and age plaque. Finished with the roof made with a fake tier and sugar carousel horses around the cake.
