Made with layers of vanilla cake. Covered, filled and topped with white vanilla swiss meringue buttercream. Decorated with fondant icing plaque, with embossed and painted birthday message, white chocolate treats, meringues, macarons and sprinkles. All presented on an iced and ribboned cake board.
