Layers of vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream & raspberry jam. Covered in light blue fondant icing and decorated with fondant icing frills around the bottom of the cake to resemble water ripples & fondant icing grass. Topped with a handmade sugar man in a rowing boat with fishing rod and bulrushes. Finished with a birthday message on the front of the cake to look like a wooden sign and a fish tail.
