Made with layers of vanilla cake, filled with vanilla buttercream & raspberry jam. Covered in fondant icing and decorated with panels of icing to look like a wooden barrel. Topped with Foxes Glacier Mints to give the effect of the mini bottles of Jack Daniels on top are chilling in ice. Finished with an age plaque on the front of the cake. All presented on an iced and ribboned cake board; complete with a personalised birthday message.
