Made with layers of vanilla cake, filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam. Covered in light blue fondant icing. Decorated with fondant icing waves around the bottom of the cake – to give the impression of water, grass around the base of the cake, handmade sugar bulrushes, leaves, grass and pebbles. Finished with a personalised sign, with birthday message, on the front of the cake and a handmade sugar fishing bivvie and figure with a fishing rod. Perfect for anyone who loves fishing!
