Made with layers of chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream. Covered in fondant icing, decorated to look like a wooden barrel. Topped with glacier mints for ice cubes and 3 mini Jack Daniels bottle (provided by my client). Decorated with age plaque on the front of the cake and presented on an iced and ribboned cake board, complete with a personalised birthday message.
